Kallocain for Violin

2008

Using a set of instructions on how to make words into music (invented by the artist) the

dystopian novel Kallocain by Karin Boye was translated into musical notes. The

translation was displayed and exhibited and on one occasion during the exhibition

musician/artist Cara Sawka played a part of the book on her violin.
